Did You Know? State Library Victoria’s Information Services team.
Kylie is one of the State Library's incredible reference librarians.
She will speak on the myriad of services the Library offers, as well ast the unusual requests of library members and fascinating research topics patrons have asked about.
Reference librarians deliver the Ask a Librarian service (phone, face to face, and online), as well as deliver programs and develop blogs and other resources to promote the Library’s collection and uncover Victoria’s stories – with the aim of supporting our members to access our collections and find the information they seek.
