Education CHANCES Foundation (ECF) Nikko Riazi (board chair and scholarship recipient) and Mel Key (Program Manager) have a compelling and engaging story about the Foundation. ECF is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit that has been supporting talented young people facing financial barriers across Boroondara's state secondary schools since 2006. From Transition to Thrive, shares the impact of ECF's two scholarship programmes.
